As part of Batelco’s continuous Endeavour to upgrade its Network and keep it on par with the highest international standards, the company is replacing its Network equipment with new latest technology to meet the growing demand for enhanced and sophisticated different services amongst both residential and corporate clients.
Batelco will initialize this process of upgrade in Sanad Area on Monday, 26th June 2006 early morning starting around 4:30 AM to 6:00AM with minor interruptions.
However, we do request our customers to bear with us if there is a slight interruption in the Broadband and fixed telephony services for a short period while the upgrade transition is being completed.
In the Event of any interruption, Batelco requests its residential customers to call the helpdesk at 17881188 and its business customers to call 17881177. |
